Nonconventional form of discussion of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan — the Leader of the nation Nursultan Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan "Strategy "Kazakhstan-2050": the new political policy of the taken place state" was chosen by us undergraduates of Innovative Management chair of the specialties "Management" and "Marketing".

Having heard to the Message of the President we paid attention and we were interested by his words about "the third industrial revolution". Our teacher, the professor, Candidate of Economic Sciences Chikunov O. N. suggested to conduct researches on this question within studied discipline "Modern management". The plan was made, duties and work are distributed began to boil.

Teachers of chairs, heads of productions were interrogated, the Internet is well seen and at each of undergraduates quite interesting material gathered.

It was decided to exchange a collected material on practical occupation in the form of a round table on a subject: "The third industrial revolution. Manager of the XXI century".

To a round table were invited and the dean of FEM, all deputies dean's office, managers releasing chairs, the deputy vice rector for educational work of the university, conducting professors of FEM, members of student's self-government, undergraduates and students took active part in its work.

Really good conversation on the future of Kazakhstan, on its role in the global world, and what the most important what has to be the manager of the XXI century turned out interesting and in our opinion? With what it has to possess knowledge, abilities, skills and competences.

It is represented to us that really studies need to be carried out not in a traditional form, and to look for their any new forms. The carried-out round table became really to it confirmation.

By results of carried out research and to materials of a round table article in the scientific Bulletin of EKSTU of D. Serikbayev was prepared, article in the Za Znaniye newspaper is prepared. And also recommendations by the manager letting out to FEM chairs and educational department of university about entering into curricula of bachelors and undergraduates of the subject matters forming at students and undergraduates of competence corresponding the third industrial revolution are made.
