East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after D. Serikbayev was visited by the pupils of Ridder and Glubokovsk area. Meeting started with the greeting word of Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Saule Rakhmetullina, and the Chief Specialist of State Institution “Department of Education of the Ridder,” Dalelkana Nazyra. More than 150 potential entrants participated in the event.

School directors of Ridder and Belousovka were presented with letters of appreciation for effective system of graduate training.

Pupils were presented with expanded information about faculties, specialties of our university and student life in common.  The cognitive and introductory excursion took place in the main university building through the laboratories, the museum "Big Altai", the library and information center, the geology room of the polytechnic ART museum, the robotics room, and  they were shown the models and small architectures of the "Architecture and Design" Department.

In turn, graduates, parents and teacher asked questions related to the admission rules, future employment and benefits.

In the end, the Memorandum of Cooperation between representatives of Ridder’s administration and leadership of EKSTU was signed.

Leaving the university many young people assured that they would come back again, but as the university students.
