In May 2019, twenty one educational programs of the university passed the specialized accreditation of the Kazakhstan Association for Engineering Education (KazSEE). As a result of an external visit, the Accreditation Committee recommended to give the “EUR-ACE” mark to six educational programs (“Automation and Management” (Bachelor and Master’s), “Metallurgy” (Bachelor and Master’s), “Geology and Exploration of Mineral Resources” (Bachelor and Master’s)).

On 29 October 2019, the “EUR-ACE LABEL” certificates were presented to the university administration in a festive atmosphere. These educational programs were included in the database of the EUR-ACE® programs https://eurace.enaee.eu.
