Initiation into first-year students took place at EKTU. This is an annual traditional event where the leadership of the university and the brightest, most active undergraduates welcome freshmen. Rector of EKTU Zhasulan Shaimardanov congratulated the students on this event and wished parting words.

As they said at the dedication, “the most important document of a student is not a passport, and not even a student ID, but a grade book.” And the tradition of transferring this symbolism of student life is a sign of hope and trust, the beginning of a bright path.
