Project abstract

The project intends to consider issues of employment in digital entrepreneurship and considers this type of business as one of the forms of stable employment for the population in the context of a pandemic in the labor market of Kazakhstan. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to study the world experience of the functioning of the economy in the conditions of the CORONA crisis and measures related to the way out of it. The risks to which the Kazakhstani labor market underwent under the influence of the pandemic will be presented and an assessment of the sectors of the economy from the position of employment during this period will be carried out. The project will result in recommendations for further regulation of the labor market and measures to support the development of employment in digital entrepreneurship. The results obtained can be applied in Kazakhstan to adjust the employment policy in general, as well as in the field of digital entrepreneurship for economic recovery.

The goal is to study the transformation of forms of employment in the labor market of Kazakhstan under the influence of the pandemic and determine how the development of digital entrepreneurship will support the level of employment of the population in the country's economy.

2020 year	At the theoretical level, the scientific substantiation of the concepts of digital economy and digital entrepreneurship is presented, conditions and factors that influenced the transformation of the modern labor market are identified for further study of the degree of influence of these factors on the economy of Kazakhstan. 2021 year	In the course of the study, the possibilities of Kazakhstan labor market for the development of digital entrepreneurship as an environment for employment in the condition of CORONA - crisis will be studied. For this, the best practices of foreign countries on the use of digital entrepreneurship in providing employment and methods of state support and regulation in modern conditions will be studied. An analysis of the changes caused by digital technologies in the foreign countries labor market will be presented. An analysis of the level of employment in the digital business will be carried out, which will reveal the direction of digital entrepreneurship development in Kazakhstan in the pandemic. The risks in the field of employment in the context of the CORONA - crisis and the loss of employment from the pandemic by population groups will be identified. There will be carried out a study of the sectors of Kazakhstan economy that are most stable in terms of employment during the emergency and the dynamics of the development of digital entrepreneurship in these sectors will also be determined. As a result of the study, we will propose measures of state support and regulation of the digital business environment as a form of employment for economic recovery. The comprehensive use of the results of the study will ensure the effective development of Kazakhstan economy through the formation of digital entrepreneurship as an environment for employment in the labor market. The results of the study will be in demand by both government bodies and private business entities.
