Project abstract
This Project proposes a new technology of electrolytic-plasma modification - EPM, on samples of low-carbon alloy steel, which is an alternative to the traditional technology of heat treatment of steel by carburizing on a solid carburizer with subsequent hardening.
Project targets:
To increase the efficiency of the process of the electrolytic-plasma hardening of materials used in the mining and oil industries of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Objectives of the project:
- Development of design and technological documentation;
- Selection and purchase of standard equipment (programmable switching power supply - power supply, pump, filter, fan, pressure gauge, thermometer, ball valve, etc.), instruments, and tools. Design and manufacture of special equipment and accessories;
- Testing of special equipment and equipment for the performance of the manufacturer and its acceptance;
- Installation of equipment and its commissioning. Installing electrolytic-plasma modification (EPM). Manufacturing of pilot batches of parts for EPM;
- Mastering the progressive energy-saving production of products with the introduction of innovative EPM technology with hard nanostructured coating;
- Conducting a comparative instrumental measurement and the conclusion of the contract for the test;
- Conducting the marketing activity in the domestic and foreign markets, patenting innovative products, and sales organization;
- Full-scale testing of the upgraded product, signing of the introduction certificate, and certification and quality control;
- Preparation of the final project report.
