Research type: applied research. Start and end date of the project: 1.01.2021 - 31.12.2023 (36 months). Requested amount of grant financing: For the entire duration of the Project - 64 600 thousand tenge. By years, thousand tenge: 2021 - 18 600; 2022 - 23,000; 2023 - 23,000. Contribution of a private partner (co-investor) LLP "Oskemen-Tazalyk" - Cash contribution of 700 thousand tenge, production costs - 2800 thousand tenge.

According to the topic of the project, the following work was completed in 2022: The nature of the change in the forces and moment of resistance of the MRE is determined by the helix elevation angle, the feeder rotation frequency, and the height of the snow mass. It has been established that during the operation of a milling-rotor snowplow, a serious complex problem arises, consisting of the fact that part of the snow is thrown forward by a screw feeder, forming a drag prism, which increases the energy consumption for the development of snow and the movement of the machine in the snow mass and at the same time reduces the performance of the snowplow. The elimination of the drag prism through the use of an intensifier, for example, a blade type, will reduce the energy consumption for the working movement of the snowplow. Analytical studies of the interaction process between the auger feeder and the developed snow-mass have been carried out. Optimization of the snow transporting function from the helical blade of the feeder to the thrower and rationalization of the transporting snow process with a milling feeder, which makes it possible to eliminate snow prism formation in front of the working body, sharply reduce traction resistance, and unproductive energy costs of the rotor for the implementation of the working process due to a decrease in power consumption for processing the snow accumulated by the milling feeder prisms and increase the possibility of full realization of engine power in the operating mode of the snow blower, as well as significantly reduce fuel consumption.
