Project abstract

The claimed project combines several directions for the improvement of agricultural engineering, the processing of logging waste (needles) of Siberian fir, the optimization of all selected biological components, their mixing and pressing to a state of density most attractive to animals. It is important to create such a density that will allow you to store mineral and vitamin premixes-lizunts for a long time while preserving their original useful properties. The final point of the project is to determine the impact of the created briquettes-lizunts on increasing the productivity of animals.

2024 year

In 2024, the following results were obtained:

  1. The nature and pressure modes on the molding capacity of the working parts of the equipment of the new premix lick production line, as well as the resistance and reliability of the molding capacity design itself were determined theoretically and practically
  2. The efficiency and productivity of the new complex of machines and the technological line for the production of licks were calculated depending on the conditions and density of processing, molding and mixing of the lick-forming mixture with an original recipe and the ratio of Siberian fir needles with various micro and macroelements
  3. Registration of 1 (one) international patent PCT (No. KZ2023/47781), 1 (one) Eurasian application, as well as 2 priority applications for patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan were obtained.
  4. In 2024, 1 (one) patent for inventions of the Republic of Kazakhstan was received based on the application for inventions (No. 36918-CRUSHER FOR PRODUCING MINERAL-VITAMIN PREMIXES-LICES FOR CATTLE), which confirms the scientific novelty and significance of the project results.
  5. 1 article was published in the publication (Vestnik VKTU No. 3) recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  6. 2 (two) articles were submitted to highly rated peer-reviewed publications with a citescore percentile in 35 (thirty-five) or more in Scopus databases.
  7. The training of the project personnel was completed at the Moscow State Technical University of Roads and Highways (MADI), Moscow, Russian Federation, with the receipt of 2 Certificates.
