Project Summary
In the project, based on the study and analysis of existing structures of working bodies of bulldozers and their working conditions, an original three-section bulldozer blade with a multi-level change in terms of the initial layout will be investigated, in which the central section is connected by hinges located at an angle to the plane of symmetry of the blade with lateral movable sections, the rotation of which allows adjusting the shape of the knife and blade blade to the ground conditions and technological requirements of the work performed.
Project Goal: The aim project is to determine the capabilities and parameters of the working process blade with a multi-level change geometry position side sections that increases productivity and expands the objects of use bulldozer due to adaptability geometric shape angled blade and its cutting knife to changing production conditions.
Project Objectives:
- development of a bulldozer dump design with a multi-level change in its geometry and protection of intellectual property on the project topic;
- performing a geometric analysis of the parameters and capabilities of the blade with a multi-level change in the geometry and position of the side sections;
- substantiation of the principles of operation and design solutions of the new working equipment of the bulldozer dump;
- to develop a methodology for determining the rational parameters and operating modes of the new bulldozer equipment with a multi-level change in the geometry of the position of the side sections;
- to determine the patterns, capabilities and parameters of the working process of the blade with a multi-level change in the geometry of the position of the side sections;
- to determine the dependence of the drawing prism size on the main parameters and operating modes of the new blade (width of the middle section, angle of inclination of the hinge axes in the transverse plane, angle of rotation of the side sections around the hinges and digging depth);
- to determine the nature of the change in the horizontal component of the resistance to digging from the main parameters and operating mode of the articulated blade (width of the middle section, angle of inclination of the axes of the hinges in the transverse plane of the angle of rotation of the lateral sections around the hinges and the depth of digging) with a multi-level change in geometry;
- to develop a methodology for processing the results of experiments with the compilation of mathematical regression models and calculation schemes for finding the parameters of the drawing prism during the operation of the new blade;
- to make analytical dependences for determining the forces of resistance to the rise of soil on the dump surface of a new articulated dump with a multi-level change in geometry.
