Project summary
The purpose of the program - create a scientifically based technological scheme of geoinformation support (GIS) for effective interaction of elements of the precision farming system in Kazakhstan, including the use of nanopreparations based on fullerenols. The experience of leading countries with a developed agricultural sector shows that the informatization of production, operation, management and services in agriculture, when digital technologies are introduced into this sphere, transforms the model of agricultural products turnover, stimulates the development of electronic trade in agricultural products, accelerates the demonstration and dissemination of digital technical achievements in agriculture, contributes to the economic development of rural areas. Taking into account the current state of functioning of domestic agriculture and the acceleration of the processes of changing the external and internal environment, the digital transformation of agricultural production is especially relevant, since it is a significant source for ensuring significant economic growth. This program is aimed at introducing IT technologies into the agro-industrial complex by integrating database management systems into the decision-making process in agriculture.
The purpose of the program:
The purpose of the program is to create a scientifically based technological scheme of geoinformation support (GIS) for effective interaction of elements of the precision farming system in Kazakhstan, including the use of nanopreparations based on fullerenols. The program is aimed at introducing IT technologies into the agro-industrial complex by integrating database management systems into the decision-making process in agriculture.
Program objectives
Main tasks:
- to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the use of currently developed individual elements of the precision farming system in the direction of increasing crop yields;
- to carry out a remote study of the potential of agricultural land (on the example of experimental farms) based on satellite imagery and from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), followed by the creation of digital maps and models of the studied territory;
- to perform an agrochemical assessment of the state of soils in the region (on the example of experimental farms) in order to identify problems of organizing and providing a complex of soil surveys for the reasonable conduct of further agrotechnical and land management measures;
- to explore the possibility of physical-technical means when using new software and hardware for efficient management of digital agriculture (detection of inhomogeneities of the field and run the differential coordinates of techniques to optimize the growth conditions of crops);
- to develop scientific and methodological basis of the use of elements of precision agriculture and information systems for the study and control indicators for improving productivity using satellite technology and remote sensing data in the context of Kazakhstan;
- to develop nanopreparations with a complex of useful functions based on fullerenes for processing crops in order to ensure a significant increase in the efficiency and manageability of agricultural production.
