2. Project abstract (relevance, purpose (no more than 250 words)):

The project is dedicated to integrating an enterprise workflow management system with artificial intelligence into the existing software modules of Clockster LLP. This initiative aims to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and automate key operations.

With the rapid development of digital technologies and the growing volume of data, enterprises face the need to automate personnel management to improve business process efficiency. Traditional workflow organization methods no longer meet modern requirements, creating a demand for intelligent solutions based on artificial intelligence.

3. Goal: A comprehensive solution for enterprise management tasks based on artificial intelligence to achieve maximum efficiency and optimal resource utilization.

4. Expected and achieved results of the project:

2024 year

- requirements have been collected, and the architecture has been developed;

- a prototype has been created, and user interaction algorithms have been configured;

- the interface has been designed, and integration with the AI model has been implemented;

- preparatory work has been carried out for the development of the shift forecasting module;

- equipment has been purchased;

- a video has been produced, explaining the Clockster system and its main modules.

2025 year

A web version of the software for shift forecasting based on data from external systems and the Clockster system, a testing protocol, an approved report describing the functionality, a certificate of authorship, and an approved report on the AI-based communication module.

2026 year

A version of the task manager module (screenshots, demo version), a testing protocol, an approved report describing the functionality, and a version of the AI-based payroll calculation module.
