The results of studies of the regularities of the formation of the structure and properties of nanostructured coatings based on a high-entropy alloy, depending on the method of their preparation are analyzed and summarized. The features of the synthesis of coatings based on multicomponent alloys are considered. A comparative analysis based on the physical and mechanical characteristics of such coatings, depending on the parameters of their deposition and elemental composition, is carried out. |
