Full-time and correspondence courses, in Kazakh and Russian language with Kazakh and Russian languages of instruction.

Training of undergraduate students on the specialty"Land Management" is conducted on two tracks: "Agro-Business Planning" and "Modern Technologies for Land Planning Works".

Land Management is the system of measures on providing of observance of the land-lows focused on adjusting of landed relations, rational use and land protection.

Training of undergraduate students on the major "Land Management" is conducted on two tracks: "Agro-Business Planning" and "Modern Technologies for Land Planning Works".

Upon completion of studies students are awarded the academic degree - Bachelor of Services. 

The bachelor of Land Management can work as: land surveyor and prospector, geodesist, specialist of enterprises and organizations, establishments of the system of Land Management agency of Kazakhstan, committees, departments and landed inspections of local executive branches of all levels.

The objects of professional activity it is been: the landed resources of Kazakhstan of all categories, kinds and patterns of property and enjoyment; objects and types of the realty, being within bounds of cities, township and rural community, independent of theirs distribution on categories, having a proper use and patterns of ownership.

The articles of professional activity it is been: geodesic and topographical surveys of earth; photogrammetric works and mapping of earth using GIS and digital technologies; conduct of the state land cadastre and CIS; conduct and planning of land management of all levels; organization and realization of land management and cadastre works.

Places of possible employment of graduating students: Land Management agency of Republic of Kazakhstan, Interregional landed inspections of Agency Kazakhstan on a management by the landed resources, managements and departments of the landed relations, scientific and production center on the landed relations and land management, its daughter enterprises and branches, managements of architecture and town-planning, private enterprises, having licensed on the production of surveying works.

Examination is taken on next disciplines: kazakh (russian), history of Kazakhstan, mathematics, geography.

Magistracy 6M090400 - Land management. 2-year full-time course at Scientific-Pedagogical School and 1.5-year at Occupational School.

At the present time, department of Land Management cross on new state of the technology, applying modern survey instruments on field process and computer technology while processing field survey data and production plans of land utilization and landed property.

Direction of further development of Land Management is enhancement of efficiency, faithfulness and automatization of project land tenure works.

Main tasks of master's program are:

Occupational School:

• Managers are training for enterprises, organizations and organs of government in the field of geodesy on various levels;

Scientific-Pedagogical School:

• Specialists are training for teaching scientific disciplines on programs of Bachelor in organization of education;
• for working in research organizations.

MA courses:

• 2-year full-time course at Scientific-Pedagogical School
• 1.5-year at Occupational School.

Graduate has diploma of state specimen with giving academic degree Master of Agriculturally by specialty "Land Management".

Masters make different works:
• project, production and engineering, organizational and administrative;
• scientific and research, educational
Candidates for a master's degree got practical course of education in branch of department (SSPCLm).
In December 2015 the majors 5B090300 - Land Management, 6M090300 - Land Management was attested successfully by State Attestation Commission.

In June 2019, specialty 5B090300 - Land management has successfully passed international specialized accreditation.

In May 2020 the specialties 6B07306 – Cadastre and 6B07307 – Land management were combined in the new educational program 6B07312 – Land cadastre and land management.
