Office is involved in the organization and control of documentation and document management processes at the University as an independent structural unit.

According to the standard instructions on office management personnel of the office management organization and control division is involved in the main routine work: orders, letters, guidelines, statements, memos, proposals are registered and transmitted for the signature by top managers of the University. Documents (information, action plans, reports) are copied and laid out to the structural units.  Also, the outgoing mail (parcels, packets, correspondence) is delivered daily to the post office and directly to the destination.
