The purpose of the project:
Improvement of the governance and management of higher education institutions through the training of highly qualified middle and top managers through the establishment of the International Institute for Strategic Management of Universities.
Project objectives:
- To define skills and needs of Central Asia.
- To open an institute for strategic management of universities (ISMU) in each institution of the partner countries and regional electronic (online) platform.
- To offer the universities ISMU-developed courses on middle and top managers based on mixed and f2f approaches.
- To develop a regional platform for the exchange of best practices in university management in Central Asia.
