IDEA is a team of young leaders and proactive students who implement projects across various fields — startups, business, science, media, events, and more.
Here, everyone can find something they are passionate about, unlock their potential, and gain invaluable experience.
The team traces its origins to Enactus EKTU, a project that achieved numerous victories at university, city, and national levels. For many years, members of IDEA have continued this tradition by creating impactful initiatives that benefit the university, city, and society as a whole.
The main goal of the team is to develop leadership, entrepreneurial, and managerial skills among students, as well as to create a supportive environment for generating and implementing innovative ideas.
Key areas of activity:
- Launch and development of student startups;
- Organization of large-scale events and forums;
- Conducting educational programs and training sessions;
- Participation in international competitions and exchange programs;
- Development of media and creative projects.
Organizational Structure of IDEA
The IDEA Team has a flexible and well-designed organizational structure that ensures effective collaboration and personal growth of each member.
Divisions include:
- Media Division
Responsible for creating media content, PR, and film production. Members handle filming, editing, scriptwriting, social media promotion, and shaping the public image of the team.
- Project Division
Focused on developing and implementing business projects, startups, and innovative ideas. Participants apply entrepreneurial and managerial skills, learn to work with investments, business models, and real market cases.
- Event Division
Responsible for organizing events, forums, training programs, and team-building sessions. It also performs HR functions — recruiting new members, fostering team spirit, and strengthening corporate culture.
- Advisor (Edviser) — the mentor and supervisor of the IDEA Team. This is an experienced individual, often a former captain or a professional with significant expertise. The advisor provides guidance, assists with project implementation, and handles administrative and organizational matters.
- Team Captain — the main coordinator and leader of the group. Sets the development strategy, unites and motivates participants, and oversees the overall direction of the team’s activities.
- Division Heads — the most experienced members who lead specific areas of work. They coordinate sub-teams, assign tasks, and ensure the successful execution of projects in their domain.
