Situational analytical center  is a structural subdivision of D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan state technical university and included in structure of Managements of deals and staff.

The activity of Situational analytical center aims to the monitoring of university activities and carrying out informational analytical support of managerial decisions contribute to the implementation of the Strategic Development Program of the University.

The most important tasks performed by situational-analytical center:

• Information support of accepting management decisions that is contributing to the implementation of the Strategic Development Program of the University.
• Operational monitoring of business processes of University associated with the academic; science-innovation; financial and economic activities.
• Current information distribution of information resources center of users based on incoming in the situational information-analytical center.
• Provision the informational support of the structural subdivision of the University.
