The aim of the educational program

Training of highly qualified personnel to conduct fundamental and applied scientific research aimed at analysis, design and management of complex information systems, processes and technologies for production companies and organizations in order to increase the scientific potential and development of priority sectors of the country's economy.

- complex resource-intensive scientific and technological problems using methods of systems engineering and Data Science based on the application of principles and technologies of artificial intelligence, computational models.

Ability to participate in professional discussions on solving production problems, publish research results in international scientific publications, objectively evaluate the results of ICT research and development, including with the help of international databases of publication activity performed by other specialists. Analyze the state of the problem under study, formulate the goals and objectives of the study; prepare scientific articles, reports of scientific and technical analysis in the industrial sector based on the criteria of scientific research, apply systems engineering methods for the design and management of complex information systems and Data Science methods; manage or take part in the implementation of research and development work; comply with ethical standards when conducting scientific research; increase scientific productivity and publication activity.
2. The ability to formulate research problems in the industrial sector and find ways to solve them based on models and methods of artificial intelligence and systems engineering methods. Conduct experimental research and evaluate scientific results based on generalization and application of scientific research methodology in the field of information systems, apply system synthesis methods in managing complex information systems and implementing stages of IS development in various sectors of the economy.
Apply Data Mining methods, deep learning architecture to analyze big data when solving production, scientific and technological problems, develop intelligent information systems and components for them to support decision-making at various levels of management in the industrial sector.
3. Ability to independently conduct scientific research, obtain theoretical, methodological and practical results and readiness to professionally compile and execute reporting documentation for the realization of complex research, including interdisciplinary and in the field of ICT. To analyze the problems of developing information systems and distributed data storage systems using systems engineering methods, principles, and artificial intelligence technology.
Conduct research and approbation of results on the topic of research work in the field of ICT leading to new knowledge and solutions to real scientific and technological problems in the industrial sector.
4. Ability to develop and apply the methods of Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Mining to solve complex resource-intensive scientific and technological problems, to structure problem situations, and to make decisions at various levels of management.
