The aim of the educational program

Training of a new generation specialist with professional skills in the field of environmental protection from the harmful effects of chemicals, who exercises control over the activities of industrial enterprises that have a significant impact on the environment, and conducts environmental analysis work to optimize the mass use of active substances in industrial processes, as well as household chemicals.

- conducting research in the field of environmental impact as a result of the mass use of household chemicals;
- conducting inspections and control checks at hazardous and harmful industries

Ability to use general requirements and rules for the organization and functioning of the state environmental monitoring system, environmental code, basic principles of working with statistical (numerical) data, methodological recommendations and other regulatory documents on environmental issues, principles of organization and methods of observing the state of the environment. To apply the main methods and approaches of engineering thinking to solve various problems in the fields of science and technology. To be able to effectively use the acquired knowledge for developing, evaluating, and optimizing engineering solutions in real-world conditions.
To apply analytical chemical methods to investigate environmental components, interpret the results of complex analysis to make informed decisions in the field of ecosystem protection and sustainable development, using knowledge of the chemistry of inorganic processes in natural systems.
5. The ability to analyze and evaluate environmental quality data by determining the degree of pollution of environmental objects in accordance with established standards. To be able to analyze the processes of innovative activity, to use patenting methods for protecting inventions, as well as to develop and implement measures for ensuring occupational safety and health, creating safe conditions for effective work.
To use methods for assessing and minimizing the effects of pollutants and radiation on ecosystems and living organisms, as well as develop measures to protect the environment and prevent environmental risks.
6. Demonstration of the ability to plan and conduct experiments to ensure the reliability of data; processing and analysis of results using statistical methods; implementation of scientific results; effective theoretical research and successful implementation of results in the field of environmental safety. To develop the knowledge and skills necessary to understand environmental problems, to expand an ecological culture, actively participate in solving sustainable development problems and evaluate the economic effectiveness of environmental solutions.

7. The ability to use models to predict environmental changes and assess the impact of various factors on the environment by studying the main types of data that are used to protect the environment, including physical, chemical and biological parameters. To conduct environmental monitoring of the natural and man-made environment using innovative management methods and measures. To use an inclusive approach to ensure the availability of environmental information and the effective involvement of all stakeholders in the processes of monitoring and assessing the state of the environment.
To apply scientific research methods to create innovative solutions in the field of ecology and natural resources management, taking into account the principles of sustainability and socio-economic efficiency, and to use modern technologies and tools for environmental analysis, control, and regulation.
8. The ability to plan, organize and conduct scientific experiments or tests using physico-chemical and mathematical methods and process the results obtained. To demonstrate knowledge and skills in the field of waste management and in the use of geoinformation technologies to analyze and solve environmental problems.
To analyze industrial and environmental conditions from a safety perspective, ensure chemical and ecological safety of the environment, develop strategies for sustainable development, and conduct timely and high-quality laboratory control using scientific research methods to assess environmental impact.
