Enterprise Economics
Description: Knowledge of the economy of the enterprise is the basis of the competence of specialists, their ability to determine the direction of the economic development of the enterprise. The activities of enterprises in a competitive market environment, the processes of developing and making effective decisions in conditions of limited resources are studied. Students acquire knowledge about fixed and working capital, human resources, wage systems, cost, financial performance and investment evaluation.

Goal
- Obtaining applied knowledge in the field of economic management of an enterprise in a market economy, as well as the skills of independent use of theoretical knowledge in practical activities in order to increase production efficiency.
Objective
- Know the methods of identifying reserves, the best ways to solve economic problems in order to increase the efficiency of the enterprise; be able to apply a system of indicators and methods for calculating the efficiency of the production and economic activities of an enterprise, effectively use the resources of an enterprise, justify investments for the development of production.
Learning outcome: knowledge and understanding
- Know the production resources of the enterprise, the process of cost formation, the system of international indicators for evaluating investment investments in the development of production.

- To be able to rationally use the resources of the enterprise to improve the efficiency of its activities, as well as calculate the economic efficiency of investment investments.

- Have professional knowledge of the economic categories of the production activity of the enterprise.

- Use information about the economic activities of the enterprise for public relations, be competent in the management of means of production.

- Improve special education on a methodological and scientific basis, systematically raise the level of professional abilities.
Teaching methods
When conducting training sessions, the use of the following educational technologies is envisaged: - technologies of problem- and project-oriented learning; - technologies of educational and research activities; - communication technologies (discussions, press conferences, brainstorming, educational debates and other active methods and forms).
Assessment of the student's knowledge
Teacher oversees various tasks related to ongoing assessment and determines students' current performance twice during each academic period. Ratings 1 and 2 are formulated based on the outcomes of this ongoing assessment. The student's learning achievements are assessed using a 100-point scale, and the final grades P1 and P2 are calculated as the average of their ongoing performance evaluations. The teacher evaluates the student's work throughout the academic period in alignment with the assignment submission schedule for the discipline. The assessment system may incorporate a mix of written and oral, group and individual formats.

The student's final grade in the course is calculated on a 100 point grading scale, it includes:
- 40% of the examination result;
- 60% of current control result.
The final grade is calculated by the formula:
