Assessment of the student's knowledge

Teacher oversees various tasks related to ongoing assessment and determines students' current performance twice during each academic period. Ratings 1 and 2 are formulated based on the outcomes of this ongoing assessment. The student's learning achievements are assessed using a 100-point scale, and the final grades P1 and P2 are calculated as the average of their ongoing performance evaluations. The teacher evaluates the student's work throughout the academic period in alignment with the assignment submission schedule for the discipline. The assessment system may incorporate a mix of written and oral, group and individual formats.

Course project 1. The composition and topic of the course project fully corresponds to the assignment. The degree of elaboration of project elements and their agreement with the teacher is from 90 to 100%. 2. All elements of the project were completed correctly, in accordance with regulatory requirements and recommendations. The issues of designing the urban environment have been solved comprehensively, rationally and creatively. 3. The architectural and compositional solution of the selected fragment of the urban environment is developed in harmonious relationship with the urban planning situation and the natural landscape. The planning solution and material equipment of the urban environment fragment reflects the identified typological features and corresponds to the socio-functional program. 4. The graphic presentation of the project is in a uniform style, at a high or good architectural and artistic level. Illustrative materials are sufficiently detailed and fully executed. 1. The composition and theme of the course project is fully consistent with the task. The degree of elaboration of project elements and their coordination with the teacher is from 70 to 89%. 2. The project was carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements. Minor violations of 2-3 regulatory requirements are allowed, which can be easily eliminated with a slight adjustment of the design. It is possible that certain issues of designing the urban environment have not been sufficiently rationally resolved. 3. The architectural and compositional solution of the selected fragment of the urban environment can be characterized by a more formalized approach. The planning solution and material equipment of the urban environment fragment does not fully reflect the identified typological features and corresponds to the socio-functional program. 4. Graphic presentation of the project is allowed using various style techniques that do not impede the perception of the project, at a good architectural and artistic level. 1. The topic of the course project is fully consistent with the task. The degree of elaboration of project elements and their coordination with the teacher is from 50 to 69%. 2. The project was carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements. Minor violations of 2-3 regulatory requirements are allowed, which can be easily eliminated with a slight adjustment of the design. Perhaps the issues of designing the urban environment have not been sufficiently comprehensively and rationally resolved. 3. The architectural and compositional solution is formally interconnected with the identified typological features and partially corresponds to the socio-functional program. 4. Graphic presentation of the project at a satisfactory architectural and artistic level is allowed. 1.
Practical works - completion of work on time and in the amount of 90 to 100% in accordance with the task; - all tasks were completed correctly; - aesthetics of work design at a high or good level; - previously acquired skills and knowledge are used creatively. - completion of work on time and in the amount of 70 to 89% in accordance with the task; - all tasks were completed correctly, but may contain minor errors that can be easily corrected by correction; - aesthetics of work design at a good level; - previously acquired skills and knowledge are used without creative interpretation, standard solutions are applied. - completion of work not on time and in the amount of 50 to 69% in accordance with the task; - some tasks were completed incorrectly (but not more than 50%), may contain errors that can be corrected; - aesthetics of work design at a satisfactory level; - previously acquired skills and knowledge are used without creative interpretation, standard and standard solutions are applied. - completion of work on time and in the amount of 90 to 100% in accordance with the task; - all tasks were completed correctly; - aesthetics of work design at a high or good level; - previously acquired skills and knowledge are used creatively.
Creative exam clauze. The work was completed in accordance with the assignment. The topic of the assignment is covered deeply and completely. The elements of the clause are arranged compositionally correctly, logically and consistently. The stylistic unity of graphic techniques, images and explanatory text is fully maintained. The aesthetics of the design of the work is at a high level. The degree of completion of tasks is from 90 to 100%. The work was completed in accordance with the assignment. The topic of the assignment is covered in full. The arrangement of clause elements with a slight violation of scale and compositional integrity. The unity of graphic techniques, images and explanatory text is slightly disrupted. The aesthetics of the work is at a good level. The degree of completion of tasks is from 70 to 89%. The work was completed in accordance with the assignment. The topic of the assignment is covered to a greater extent. The arrangement of the elements of the clause has violations of scale and compositional integrity, and the depth of elaboration is insufficient. The unity of graphic techniques, images and explanatory text is significantly disrupted. The aesthetics of the work is at a satisfactory level. The degree of completion of tasks is from 50 to 69%. The work was completed in accordance with the assignment. The topic of the assignment is covered deeply and completely. Evaluation form

The student's final grade in the course is calculated on a 100 point grading scale, it includes:

  • 40% of the examination result;
  • 60% of current control result.

The final grade is calculated by the formula:

FG = 0,6 MT1+MT2 +0,4E
2

Where Midterm 1, Midterm 2are digital equivalents of the grades of Midterm 1 and 2;

E is a digital equivalent of the exam grade.

Final alphabetical grade and its equivalent in points:
