Fundamentals of Materials Science
Description: The discipline is aimed at developing students' knowledge and practical skills in organizing work to improve, modernize and unify products and their components. The course covers the principles of developing draft standards and certificates, procedures for certification of materials, technological processes and equipment. Particular attention is paid to participation in the formation and development of the quality system at the enterprise. As a result of mastering the discipline, students acquire the competencies necessary for preparing regulatory documents, conducting certification measures and introducing elements of the quality management system into production activities.
