Graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic Institute (TPI) name S. M. Kirov in 1972 year , specialty "Automatic and telemechanic", qualification "Engineer-electrician".

In 1976 enrolled in graduate school TPI specialty 05.13.05 – "Elements and devices of computing technics and control systems". 18.10.1979 G. defended candidate thesis "Minimization of sensitivity in closed systems additive correction at the input and development of functional transducers" in the Dissertation Council K. 063.05.01 at the Tomsk Institute of automated control systems and Radioelectronics.

23 August 1972 was hired as an engineer of research sector, then in 1973 was transferred to the department of automatics and telemechanics TPI in the post of assistant. In the period from 25.06.1973 to 25.06.1976 – postgraduate studies.

In the period from 25.07.1979 to 21.01.1980 worked as a Junior research associate in the department of radio engineering of TPI. 21.01.1980 transferred to the department of automatics and telemechanics TPI in the post of assistant.

14.01.1981 appointed to the position of senior lecturer of the department of electrification and automation of mountain works Rudny industrial Institute as a elected in the competition.

11.11.1981 was elected in the competition in the post of senior lecturer in the department of electrical engineering and automation of the Ust-Kamenogorsk building-road Institute (UKBRI) name D, Serikbayev, and 30.06.1982 transferred to the post of professor in the same department as elected on competition.

With 01.09.1988 on 01.04.1993 appointed associate Professor at the department of traffic organization UKBRI.
