In 1993 awarded the degree candidate of physics and mathematics, speciality 05.13.11 "Mathematical and software support of computer complexes, systems and networks" computing center of RAS, Novosibirsk.
In 2008 he was awarded the title of Associate Professor of Russian at the Department "Applied Informatics".
In 2011 awarded the academic title of Professor, Associate Professor of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the specialty 05.13.00 – Informatics, computer science and management, Kazakhstan.
In 2013 awarded the title of Professor of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
