2002 - Full-time post-graduate course on a specialty "Physics of Condensed Matter" East Kazakhstan State University.
2002 - defended his thesis on "Investigation of structural and phase changes in iron-based alloys when exposed to pulsed ion and electron beams."
2010 - defended his doctoral dissertation on "Influence ionno-plasma and plasma treatment on physical and mechanical properties of the micro- and nanocrystalline layers of alloys and coatings"
