The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites foreign citizens, incl. persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to study at Universities in our country in Bachelor's, Master's and PhD programs.
Number of grants:
- Bachelor's degree – 490
- Master's degree – 50
- PhD doctoral studies – 10
Who can apply for a grant under the Scholarship Program
- Foreign citizens
- Foreign citizens - persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The scholarship includes:
- free education
- monthly stipend

What procedures are provided for accepting documents?
- submission of documents through the Operator’s website https://enic-kazakhstan.edu.kz/ru/stipendialnye-programmy/operativnaya-informaciya ;
- verification of documents by the Operator. If the documents meet all the requirements, a link to take the online test is sent to the email specified by the applicant
- online testing to identify adaptive potential. Those who successfully pass the online test receive a letter inviting them to an interview;
- online interviews with representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Operator and universities;
- announcement of the results of the competition for the Scholarship Program before August 28 of the current year.
