About the course
The discipline involves the development of the Micromine program, which today remains one of the most popular in the field of geological exploration and 3D design of mine workings, which helps geologists to get a comprehensive picture of project data, improves the efficiency of work on promising areas and increases the likelihood of project success.
Micromine allows the collection, processing and interpretation of critical data, this solution can be used at all stages of mining.
The system combines features of different types of software, this feature is inherent in all representatives of the GGIS class. So, in its work, the program uses many techniques of graphic 3D editors: to visualize three-dimensional and two–dimensional environment data - plans and sections, Micromine uses the 3D graphical interface "Visex".
