Independent Agency of Accreditation and Rating submitted Independent rating of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the areas and levels of specialists training of 2015; published in the Republican newspaper "Kazakhstanskaya Pravda" dated 02.06.2015.

As the chairman of the Accreditation Board, scientific adviser of the Independent Agency of Accreditation and Rating, Doctor of philological sciences Rimma Seidakhmetova, ranking was carried out by four indicators - "The high concentration of talented students, teachers and researchers", "Academic Mobility", "Competitiveness of Graduates", "Competitiveness of scientific publications of teachers, master degree students and doctor degree students".

This year, D.Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University joined the group of leaders on twelve educational programs of bachelor degree, nine - master degree and two - doctor degree, thereby taking eighth position in the top 40 best universities of Kazakhstan and became a leading university in the region!
