From September 25 to October 8, 2025, professional development courses for the faculty members were held at the Business School. The program covered two key modules: «Digitalization of Organizational Change Management» and «Fundamental Principles of Investment Project Modeling».

The lectures and practical training sessions were delivered by Dr. PhD in Economics, associate professor, and Head of the department of enterprise organization, Faculty of management at Lublin University of Technology Sloniec Jolanta Honorata. The invited professor’s visit was organized within the framework of the Visiting Professor Program, which enabled participants not only to acquire new knowledge but also to gain insights into European experience in digital transformation and investment project design. The program aimed at enhancing faculty competencies in the following areas: the use of digital tools in managing organizational changes; modeling investment projects using modern methodologies; analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of investment decisions under global challenges.

Special attention was paid to practical case studies and discussions of international universities’ experience in training specialists for the digital economy. The implementation of these courses marked an important step in strengthening international cooperation, improving teaching quality, and fostering academic mobility. The acquired knowledge and skills will be integrated by faculty members into the educational process, thereby contributing to the further development of both the Business School and the university as a whole.
