On the 21st of September within the decade of languages there was the presentation of "Abai" club at D. Serikbayev EKSTU. The club has been opened since 2012; the Head of the club is senior lecturer of Kazakh and Russian languages Department, Sholpan Kuanysh. The club has been created to explore the heritage of Abai, his great works, it works in three sections: vocal (Abai's songs), drama, expressive reading.
- The members of "Abai" club - our students, participating in Republican, regional, city competitions "Abay okulary", "Oralkhan Bokey atyndagy oku sheberleri ", always are awarded by certificates and diplomas in various nominations , - Sholpan Kuanysh said.
At the presentation the club members Anna Razdolina, Vladislav Cherepanov, Victor Klinovitskiy showed excellent knowledge of the state language by reading to the audience the poems of Abai.
Also, it was shown scene, students read poems, sang songs of Abai. The song "Atameken" which was sung by members of the club "Abay", and by all guests of the event, was a beautiful end of the presentation.
