Volunteering or voluntary activity is a socially useful work performed voluntarily without the expectation of monetary remuneration. The clearest and simplest example of volunteering is a subbotnik. On a beautiful warm autumn day, college volunteers gathered on campus to clean up the mess. Volunteers cleared the area of foliage and household debris. Subbotnik is not only cleaning the territory, but also a great way to raise the public spirit, active participation in a socially significant cause, as well as communication, good mood and positive emotions. The weather did not disappoint, which means that everything that was planned was done. We hope that such meetings of volunteers will become traditional, and participation in subbotniks will be beneficial.
