As previously reported, on September 25-26, the XXII international scientific and practical conference "Ethnodemographic processes in Kazakhstan and neighboring territories" was held. Its strategic result is between East Kazakhstan Technical University named after D. Serikbayev and Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagin (Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic), Irkutsk State University (Irkutsk, Russian Federation), Pacific State University (Khabarovsk, Russian Federation) cooperation agreements were signed.

This event is an example of how international cooperation of scientists opens up new perspectives for the development of the entire higher education system, making available a wide range of opportunities not only for research work, but also for new educational programs and professional development of teaching staff.

According to the signed documents, on a permanent basis - the development of various forms and levels of academic mobility of students and teachers (for example, the organization of research internships for students, masters and doctoral students of basic educational programs), opportunities for dual degree education, new organizational and scientific-methodological support it is planned to implement new joint researches in the fields of development of humanities, natural sciences and specific sciences and technologies.

Detailed discussion of joint plans took place during the round table. It was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Daulet Serikbayev - Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Ertai Sultan, Vice-Rector for Scientific Work and International Activities of Irkutsk State University Konstantin Grigorichev, Head of the Department of Regional Studies and Kyrgyz Studies of J. Balasagin Kyrgyz National University, Zhambykat Omurova of Pacific State University of Social and Leonid Blyakher, professor of the Higher School of Political Sciences, and Zhanna Aubakirova, Alexander Alekseenko, and Nellie Krasnobayeva, scientific employees of "DIGITAL SOCIAL RESEARCH" MNO, participated.

Agreements on cooperation between universities of different countries are special ties that create a different space of cooperation, contribute to the strengthening of friendly relations between peoples. Historically, Kazakhstan has always been a place of cultural dialogue and exchange of knowledge. Signing new international agreements on cooperation is a worthy continuation of the tradition that works for modernization.
