Zhadyra Konurbayeva
Zhadyra Konurbayeva is a Candidate of Economic sciences and a winner of “The best teacher 2017” prize.
Konurbayeva graduated from the Faculty of Economics, majoring in “Transport Economics and management”, D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical university, in 1998.
In 2000 she earned Master degree in “Transport Economics and management” at D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical university.
She has over twenty years of experience in teaching as an Assistant, Teacher, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor at the Department of Management, Marketing and Audit, Innovation Management, Management of Innovation.
In 2010 she defended her thesis on the topic “Managing the competitiveness of industry in East Kazakhstan” in the specialty 08.00.05 - Economics and Management of the National Economy (by industry and activity) and obtained scientific degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
In 2010 Zhadyra Konurbayeva started serving as a Head of the Department of Innovative Management and as a Dean of School of Business and Entrepreneurship from 2017.
Ministry of Education and Science appointed Zhadyra Konurbayeva as a vice-rector for Academic Affairs in D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University on April 12, 2019.
Since August 26, 2021, Konurbayevs has been a member of the Board - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, appointed by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Research interests: Diversification of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2012-2014, 2018-2020 years she leaded projects of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Zhadyra Konurbayeva is a developer of 12 socio-economic projects on East Kazakhstan in various industries and agro-industrial complex.
International internships: 2014, Lublin Technical University, course "Project Management"; 2016, Hong Kong "Professional Development Program for Higher Education Leaders of Kazakhstan"; 2018, School of Economics (Moscow, Russia) and the University of Pamukkale (Denizli, Turkey).
