In 2012, he graduated from the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications with a degree in "Automation and Control."

In 2016, he earned a Master’s degree in Pedagogy from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, specializing in "Computer Science."

In 2023, he completed a one-year "Bolashak" internship program at the University of California San Diego in "Information Technology Management."

August 2012 – July 2015: Worked at "EltexAlatau" LLP as an engineer in the Development and Service Support Department.

July 2015 – April 2018: Served as a Chief Specialist in the Technical Support Department of the Bank Cards Division at "RBK Bank" JSC.

April 2018 – August 2018: Held the position of Chief Specialist in the Public Key Infrastructure Department at "National Information Technologies" JSC.

August 2018 – January 2020: Worked as a Lead Analyst in the IT Service Model Department at "National Infocommunication Holding 'Zerde'" JSC.

January 2020 – March 2022: Headed the Information Technology Department at "Center for International Programs" JSC.

May 2023 – February 2025: Served as Deputy Director of the Department of Digitalization and Automation of Public Services at the Ministry of Higher Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (MHES RK).

Participation in developing methodological guidelines for assessing the Digital Maturity Level of higher and postgraduate education institutions in Kazakhstan. Contribution to the National Ranking of Higher Education Institutions in Kazakhstan. Development and implementation of the Unified Higher Education Platform of the MHES RK.

International Internships & Certifications: 2016: Advanced training courses at Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania. 2023: Completed a one-year "Bolashak" internship at the University of California San Diego (UCSD), USA, focusing on Leadership and IT Management (certified).
