Research and Production Center «BIM Design in Construction»

The “BIM Design in Construction” Research and Production Center serves as the logistical and methodological foundation for the educational process and consists of a teaching  and research  laboratories designed for joint activities between faculty and students in studying disciplines within the framework of educational programs in full compliance with current state educational standards and curricula, for the development of practice-oriented competencies, as well as for advisory and technical work.

Objectives

  • To promote the educational and research activities of the University’s students and to involve them in research under the guidance of the University’s faculty;
  • to provide a research infrastructure for organizing internships and for the preparation of term papers, final qualification papers, and master’s theses by the University’s students.

Objectives

The primary objective of the “BIM Design in Construction” Research and Production Center is to integrate BIM technologies into the educational process. Given the relevance of this field, students are provided with the opportunity to work in the BIM format, with a view to applying their building information modeling skills in their future professional careers.
