The project office was created to design the reconstruction, redevelopment, refurbishment and construction of new facilities for the university and regions of Eastern Kazakhstan. In the design bureau students and undergraduates under the guidance of teachers and specialists are trained in professional design of real architectural and construction objects of industrial and civil purpose.

The purpose of the project office is to involve students and masters in the development of real projects and their commercialization.

The tasks of the project office are to design new architectural and construction facilities, refurbishment and seismic reining in the buildings of the existing building.
