Term of study - 4 years
In the process of mastering the program students acquire knowledge and skills:
- the technology of production of building materials, products and structures;
- in methods of design and optimization of new composition of building materials adopted in production;
- in application of new energy efficient technologies and progressive energy saving materials;
- in methods of calculation and design of technological lines of enterprises of building materials and constructions, including the use of modern software products;
- basic requirements to the development of technical and normative documentation of the enterprise for product output; international standards in the field of quality management; basics of branch economics, management.
Classes are held in lecture halls and specialized laboratories equipped with modern equipment for manufacturing and testing building materials and products.
To improve professional competence and knowledge of specific production, students undergo practical training at enterprises of building materials, products and designs.
Agreements on joint cooperation and organization of practical base are concluded:

- ТОО "Vk Development group";
- ТОО "SG Brick" for the production of ceramic bricks.

Students are involved in research work on "The use of waste in the production of building materials," and our students can also attend the student group "Building Materials", the results of research are published in the collections of student conferences and magazines Вестник.
Students annually participate and win prizes in the national subject Olympiads, national and international conferences in the disciplines "Technology of concrete" and "Building materials".

As part of the program of inviting foreign lecturers to leading universities in Kazakhstan, the educational program "Construction" in the direction of "Production of building materials, products and structures" maintains permanent creative relationships with research institutes, universities, enterprises of near and far abroad Kazakhstan and Russia, such as: КазНИИСА, КазГАСА, НГАСУ, Samara ГАСА, St. Petersburg ГАСУ, St. Petersburg Polytechnic University of Peter the Great, НИИЖБ (Moscow).
Graduates may work in the following positions:
- Chief technologist at enterprises producing construction materials (reinforced concrete products, ceramic materials, finishing and insulation materials, cement, glass);

- Designer for the development of technological lines of construction products;
