January 25, 2019 by order of the rector of the D. Serikbaev EKSTU based on the decision of the Academic Council of the University, the Faculty of Humanities Education was created.

Today it is the Center of Language Competences.

The head of the Center of Language Competences is Sarsembayeva Araily Alibekovna, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Higher Attestation Commission, Associate Professor.
