Сhair of Ruhani Zhangyru

Public Department of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. OKANK was established by Order No. 108-P of 03/13/2018.

Сhair of Ruhani Zhangyru. Order No. 385П dated 09.28.2018. The public department of the ANC was renamed the department of "Ruhani zagyru". 

The purpose of the work of the department is the study and promotion of the main provisions, conclusions and evaluations of the program "Rouhani zagyru", coordination, scientific support and methodological support of educational and research processes at the university within the program.

The following tasks are assigned to the department "Ruhani zagyru":

  • propagand of the ideas of "Rouhani zagyru" among students and staff of EKSTU, educational institutions of Ust-Kamenogorsk and the region;
  • ensuring quality work on the implementation of the program of modernization of public consciousness at the university;
  • development and implementation of an action plan for the program "Rouhani zagyru" at EKSTU, ensuring maximum involvement of faculty and students.

Types of work carried out by the department "Ruhani zagyru".

1 Design and research work:

  • attracting students, undergraduates and teaching staff to design and research work within the framework of the "Rouhani zagyru" program: in the field of history, ethnography, ethnopedagogy, protection and study of archaeological monuments; digitalization (development of IT-skills and 3D modeling); trilingualism; Startup projects, etc.
  • development of topics in various sections of history, ethnopedagogy, archeology of the region for writing scientific works, textbooks and books; 
  • initiation of new projects and their implementation together with the regional project office; 
  • increasing the level of practical skills of research and projects of students and undergraduates.

2 Methodical and consulting support: 

  • methodological support of fundamental and applied research in the framework of the program of modernization of public consciousness; 
  • the formation of expert communities and scientific structures for the synthesis of research practices in order to implement joint fundamental and applied projects; 
  • ensuring an integrated approach to the study of the main directions of the "Ruhani Zagyru" program within the framework of philosophical, social, political and historical disciplines; 
  • methodical and consulting support for work on the implementation of university projects.

3 Monitoring work: 

  • monitoring the quality of work on the projects of the program, assessing the achievement of indicators; 
  • conducting system studies to assess the involvement of students and teaching staff in the implementation of the program.

4 Systematic analytical support for all stages of the implementation of the program "Ruhani Zagyru": 

  • publication in the media, social networks about the results of ongoing activities and ongoing projects at the university; 
  • creation of a pool of speakers on the coverage of work in the framework of the program at the university; 
  • participation in scientific conferences, publication of scientific reports of students, undergraduates and teaching staff of the university under the program "Rouhani zagyru".

5 Cooperation with organizations:

  • establishing contacts with research centers and project offices, expert councils for the implementation of the program;
  • organization of cooperation with the departments of "Ruhani zagyru" of Kazakhstan;
  • development of cooperation with the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of Kazakhstan and the East Kazakhstan region, other institutions and organizations;
  • development of cooperation with research centers of neighboring countries and far abroad.

6 Organizational work: 

  • carrying out a cycle of presentations, seminars, discussion platforms with students and teaching staff on the main areas of the program "Rouhani zagyru"; 
  • explanatory work on the main strategic state priorities and program documents.

The composition of the department "Ruhani zagyru" is represented by: the head of the department, one senior researcher, two specialists of the MC.

The main functions of the department "Ruhani zagyru" are:

  • coordination of the work of projects on the program of modernization of public consciousness, the initiation of new projects;
  • coordination of interaction with government agencies and project implementation experts;
  • carrying out joint work with the Regional Project Office, participation in retreats, conference calls, commissions, Skype calls with the heads of the central office of the program management;
  • holding consultations with the staff and head of the office on the development and implementation of projects within the framework of the program; 
  • The organization of exit meetings at the university with the invitation of managers of the Regional Project Office; 
  • holding meetings with the heads of the project teams of regional universities in order to implement a joint inter-university project; 
  • systematically providing the Regional Project Office with information on the projects and activities implemented at the university;
  • planning and development of scientific and educational activities on the program; 
  • the publication of educational and methodological (educational and methodical manuals, textbooks) and scientific works in the field of implementation of the program of modernization of public consciousness; - media coverage of the main activities of the university for the implementation of the "Rouhani Jagiru" program. - ensuring and development of scientific contacts with research centers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at the implementation of joint projects, events, conferences within the program.
