• The cycle provides military training for reserve officers and reserve sergeants in the following military specialties:
• Organization of operation and repair of armored vehicles;
• Combat use of tank units, units and formations;

Organization of operation and repair of armored vehicles.

Military training of students in the specialty "Organization of operation and repair of armored vehicles" aims to prepare for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan specialists with the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills in organizing and implementing the maintenance and repair of armored vehicles, competent organization of technical support in various types of combat (march), the ability to act effectively using weapons and military equipment in battle. These qualities are formed on the basis of knowledge and practical skills acquired by them in the process of studying at the departments of an educational institution in a civilian specialty, at a military department and at training camps (internships) in military units.

Students trained in this specialty should know:

• Technical support for combat operations of tank and motorized rifle units on the march and in the main types of combat;
• Tactical-technical and operational characteristics, combat capabilities and arrangement of the tank and infantry fighting vehicles and its armament;
• The procedure for organizing the operation and repair of armored vehicles.

• Organize and conduct technical support of a tank (motorized rifle) unit in the main types of combat;
• Organize training, maintenance, repair and evacuation of military equipment in various types of combat.

Combat use of tank units, units and formations

The military training of students in the specialty "Organization of the operation and repair of armored vehicles" aims to prepare for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan specialists with the competencies necessary for the competent and efficient organization and conduct of modern combat, able to confidently command a unit in battle, introduce into practice everything new, advanced, possessing organizational skills, strong commanding will, reasonable initiative and readiness to take on the main burden of training and educating soldiers, to be an example for them in the performance of military duty, statutory requirements and orders. These qualities are formed on the basis of knowledge and practical skills acquired by them in the process of studying at the departments of an educational institution in a civilian specialty, at a military department and at training camps (internships) in military units.

Students trained in this specialty should know:

• Fundamentals of modern combined arms combat, organization and conduct of combat by a platoon, company;
• Organization and methodology for conducting tactical drill, tactical, instructor-methodical exercises and combat firing;
• Tactical-technical and operational characteristics, combat capabilities and arrangement of the tank;
• Organization and procedure for conducting types of maintenance.

• Organize the battle of a tank (motorized rifle) platoon and manage it in battle, organize and carry out combat, technical and logistic support of units in battle;
• Efficiently use the combat capabilities of tank units, their standard weapons and military equipment, as well as attached and supporting units of the armed forces;
• Prepare tank armament for firing and bring it to normal combat;
• Perform shooting exercises from small arms and tank weapons;
• Organize and perform maintenance work on the tank;

Medium tank commander

The military training of students in the specialty "Commander of a medium tank" is aimed at preparing for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan a sergeant in the reserve of tank troops who has the necessary military knowledge on the basics of the theory and practice of using a tank in modern combined arms combat, who is able to creatively apply the theoretical provisions of the "Rules for the Combat Use of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces RK", possessing a strong commanding will, initiative, independent thinking, who knows the basics of organizing and conducting battles with a tank and a tank platoon, as well as the organization, armament, and tactics of actions of units of the army of foreign states. These qualities are formed on the basis of knowledge and practical skills acquired by them in the process of studying at the departments of an educational institution in a civilian specialty, at a military department and at training camps (internships) in military units.

Students trained in this specialty must know:

• The procedure for organizing and conducting combat as part of the crew;
• Arrangement and principle of operation of armaments, aggregates and units of the tank, their combat and technical characteristics, organization of technical maintenance of tanks in the unit, tank technical support of units in peacetime and in all types of combined arms combat;

• Organize and fight as part of the crew;
• Organize and methodically correctly conduct tactical training sessions with the tank crew during the period of combat coordination of tank units

Repair and storage of automotive equipment (caterpillar tractors and conveyors)

     Military training of students in the specialty "Repair and storage of automotive equipment (tracked tractors and transporters)" is aimed at preparing reserve sergeants for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have the necessary military knowledge on the basics of the theory and practice of using units and the latest achievements of military science and technology in modern combined arms combat, as well as a firm commanding will, independent thinking and the manifestation of reasonable initiative in the course of performing a combat mission; able to technically competently operate the means of evacuation and repair of military equipment, communications, carry out activities for radiation and chemical reconnaissance and special treatment, provide first aid to the wounded and injured.

     These qualities are formed on the basis of knowledge and practical skills acquired by them in the process of studying at the departments of an educational institution in a civilian specialty, at a military department and at training camps (internships) in military units.

Students trained in this specialty must know:

• Organization, weapons, production capabilities and procedures for the use of maintenance and repair units;
• Organization of military units for the repair of military equipment, their materiel;
• Operating procedure for caterpillar tractors and conveyors;
• Arrangement of the caterpillar tractor MT-ЛБ, its units, mechanisms, units and interaction between them;

should be able to:

• Organize training, maintenance, repair and evacuation of military equipment in various types of combat;
• Organize the performance of work on the repair of caterpillar tractors and conveyors.
