The center was established in September, 2019 on the basis of International Technology Postgraduate school Oskemen.

The main goal of the Center’s activity is to develop academic collaboration via realization of joint educational programs and projects.

The Center’s aims:

• training of highly-skilled specialists via JEP;
• contributing to the development and realization of JEP;
• organization of EKSTU students and master students’ academic exchange within JEP frameworks;
• enhancing EKSTU image.

Functions of the Center of international and educational programs:

• Consulting students, master students, and teachers about participation in JEP;
• Accepting and considering applications for participation in JEP;
• Coordination-consulting work with academic departments;
• Interaction with international associations on the issues concerning JEP;
• Conforming students and master students that participate in JEP;
• Posting information about the center’s activity on EKSTU site, mass media and social networks.
