Student Assembly of EKTU

The Student Assembly is an organization aimed at strengthening friendship, unity, and mutual respect among students of different nationalities. The Assembly actively participates in events, forums, campaigns, and conferences held at both the university and city levels, contributing to the promotion of interethnic harmony and the development of civic engagement among young people.

D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University is one of the first higher education institutions to establish a Student Assembly. Currently, the Assembly includes 38 students who have joined voluntarily. The Chairperson of the organization is Dilyara Toregeldiyeva, a student of group 23-BZHK-1, and the Deputy Chairperson is Amina Azamatova, a student of group 23-AUK-1.

Among the main achievements of the Student Assembly are the annual traditional festival “Day of Unity and Harmony”, participation in the national forums of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, as well as receiving awards for contributions to the development of youth policy and public engagement.
