The aim of the educational program

Целью ОП является подготовка выпускников к организационно-управленческой, информационно-аналитической, предпринимательской и научно-исследовательской деятельности в области логистики и управления цепями поставок в качестве исполнителей или руководителей различного уровня, а также к продолжению обучения в магистратуре и докторантуре PhD.

Graduate qualification Professional sphere:

- планирование и организация транспортно- логистического процесса на предприятиях;
- оптимизация процессов доставки, хранения и отгрузки товара;
- разработка оптимальных планов поставок и маршрутов транспортировки грузов;
- контроль и координация работы склада, транспортной службы;
- оценка эффективности работы транспортно-логистических систем и контроль логистических операций;
- управление логистическими процессами в закупках, производстве и распределении;
- оптимизация ресурсов организации, связанных с управлением материальными и нематериальными потоками.

- согласование целей и координация деятельности отдельных предприятий в цепи поставок и различных подразделений в рамках предприятия;
- решение вопросов оптимизации процессов снабжения, транспортировки продукции, складирования;
- средства и системы управления транспортным процессом.
