The aim of the educational program

- training of highly qualified with a broad fundamental knowledge, initiative, with the ability to adapt to the changing requirements of the labour market and technologies, able to work in a team, with a high level of professional culture, having the ability to self-improvement and self-development, possessing a combination of theoretical and practical skills, understand basic tendencies of development of theory and practice in the field of instrumentation; - formation of students ' universal, General professional and professional competencies; - improving the competitiveness of educational programs in Kazakhstan and the international market of educational services; - improving the quality of education by expanding the requirements for the content of educational programs, the result of training, personnel and material and technical support of the educational process.

methods aimed at theoretical and experimental research, mathematical and computer modeling, design, construction, production technology, use and operation of materials, components, electronic devices, solid-state, microwave, optical, micro-and nanoelectronics of various functional purposes; use of innovative technical solutions for use in modern and promising analog, pulse and digital electronic complexes and systems; assessment of the economic efficiency of design solutions, ensuring the necessary level of unification, standardization and import substitution.

materials, components, electronic devices, devices, installations, methods of their research, design and construction, production processes, diagnostic and technological equipment, mathematical models, algorithms for solving typical problems, modern software and information support for modeling and designing electronics and nanoelectronics products.
