- Formation of fundamental knowledge, skills and competencies necessary in the professional activity of the inspector of non-ferrous metallurgy products without a qualification category
Objective
- - acquiring the ability to sample products and evaluate them
- - familiarization and training in the performance of control operations in this profession
- - ability to formalize the results of quality control and testing in accordance with established requirements
- - application of methods of statistical control of products

- To be able to realize the social significance of their future profession, to choose measuring instruments in accordance with the required accuracy and operating conditions

- - perform work in accordance with the requirements for safety and labor protection, fire, in the workplace - operate equipment, fixtures and tools for sampling and sample preparation; - apply measurement systems - use weighing devices.

- Introduction to the practice program. Requirements for safety and labor protection, fire safety. The procedure for the selection, preparation, packaging of product samples and internal quality control of the results of measurements and tests carried out by the laboratory
- Device, purpose and use of equipment, fixtures and tools for sampling and sample preparation. The procedure for the operation and maintenance of equipment, fixtures, tools
- Types of documentation. Rules for reading drawings
- The procedure for selecting, preparing, completing product samples and conducting internal quality control of the results of measurements and tests conducted by the laboratory.
- Management system issues
- Questions of industrial safety.
- Statistical control methods
- The order of preparation for work and the order of completion of work
- Technological process of production, parameters of technological processes and their impact on product quality
- Requirements of regulatory documentation, technological documentation for controlled products
- The procedure for obtaining and checking the accompanying documentation for samples and products during control in accordance with the requirements of technological documentation, instructions for control and testing
- Types of nonconformities and reasons for receiving nonconforming products. The procedure for isolating nonconforming products and registration of identified nonconformities
- Requirements for packaging, weighing, marking and sealing containers with products during control
- The procedure for entering data on product quality during control into a personal computer
- Study tours to metallurgical enterprises
