Goal
  • The purpose of the discipline is to give the future specialists - architects theoretical knowledge and practical skills on the issues of organization, planning and management of architectural and construction design, forms and methods of design activities in the new socio-economic conditions.
Objective
  • - to form a professional understanding of the main issues related to the organization of the project business;
  • - learn the basics of calculating the cost of design works of construction projects;
  • - Ensure compliance of projects and technical documentation with standards, technical specifications and other regulatory documents;
  • - to form knowledge about the types and order of engineering surveys and the order of development of the project, its coordination and approval of design documentation, conducting designer's supervision.

Teaching methods

In conducting training sessions, the following educational technologies will be used: - theoretical material in a presentational presentation to form ideas about the types, levels of design; - Communicative technologies (discussion, academic debates) that promote the involvement of students in the search and management of knowledge, the acquisition of experience in solving a variety of tasks independently.

Assessment of the student's knowledge

Teacher oversees various tasks related to ongoing assessment and determines students' current performance twice during each academic period. Ratings 1 and 2 are formulated based on the outcomes of this ongoing assessment. The student's learning achievements are assessed using a 100-point scale, and the final grades P1 and P2 are calculated as the average of their ongoing performance evaluations. The teacher evaluates the student's work throughout the academic period in alignment with the assignment submission schedule for the discipline. The assessment system may incorporate a mix of written and oral, group and individual formats.

Evaluation form

The student's final grade in the course is calculated on a 100 point grading scale, it includes:

  • 40% of the examination result;
  • 60% of current control result.

The final grade is calculated by the formula:
