Description: Mastering the principles of designing "Small industrial building" - multi-storey overhead "Parking"" is considered. Practical skills of compositional, functional and technological construction of architectural objects of industrial typology, combination of expressiveness of figurative solution and functional organization of space are acquired. In the process of design, the urban situation is studied in detail and the image of garage-parking (parking) is formed.

Goal
  • To master the methods of designing objects of industrial typology, methods of functional - technological organization of the building (parking), to offer its image and artistic solution in terms of modern regulatory, urban planning, aesthetic and environmental requirements.
Objective
  • Acquisition of knowledge and skills on the pre-project analysis of the urban situation; -studying the methods of design of volumetric-spatial, functional-planning aspects of the organization of a small industrial building; -mastering the principles of development of structural and technological features of the organization of a small industrial building. -the application of regulatory requirements, taking into account the urban situation and stylistic aspects of the surrounding architectural environment; -the use of modern architectural structures, taking into account their influence on the artistic and compositional image of the park; -development of the author's creative "vision" in the creation of the original concept of a small industrial building.

Assessment of the student's knowledge

Teacher oversees various tasks related to ongoing assessment and determines students' current performance twice during each academic period. Ratings 1 and 2 are formulated based on the outcomes of this ongoing assessment. The student's learning achievements are assessed using a 100-point scale, and the final grades P1 and P2 are calculated as the average of their ongoing performance evaluations. The teacher evaluates the student's work throughout the academic period in alignment with the assignment submission schedule for the discipline. The assessment system may incorporate a mix of written and oral, group and individual formats.

Evaluation form

The student's final grade in the course is calculated on a 100 point grading scale, it includes:

  • 40% of the examination result;
  • 60% of current control result.

The final grade is calculated by the formula:
