Description: The discipline deals with the study of methods, tools and strategies necessary to create, implement and maintain quality management systems in organizations. It covers various aspects of quality management, including standards, processes, audits and quality improvement. The main purpose of this discipline is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and effectively manage quality management systems in accordance with the requirements of international standards. Practical exercises help students to put their knowledge into practice and develop skills in developing, implementing and maintaining quality management systems.

  • This course examines the purpose, goals and objectives of quality systems; evolution of forms of quality management; model of a quality system according to international standards ISO 9000 series; technology for the development and implementation of a quality system in the enterprise; quality system certification and audit

Teaching methods

When conducting training sessions, it is envisaged to use the following educational technology: - interactive lecture (using the following active forms of learning: slave (managed) discussion or conversation; moderation; presentation of slides or tutorials movies; brainstorming; motivational speech);- search and research (independent research activity students in the learning process); - the solution of educational tasks.
