Extraction and Ionexchange Processes in the Non-Ferrous Metallurgy
Description: The properties of modern ion-exchange materials used in metallurgy, the influence of various factors on ion-exchange equilibrium are considered. The main attention is paid to the use of ion-exchange resins in the production of heavy non-ferrous metals, rare earth elements, in the metallurgy of light and rare metals, trace elements, and precious metals. Extractions of ions of heavy, rare and scattered metals are considered as a mass transfer process in metallurgy.
