Description: The environmental aspects of water supply, water consumption, water disposal, water resources management, sustainable use and protection of water resources are considered. Particular attention is paid to the negative impact of economic and other activities on water bodies, the regulation of this impact. The analysis of regulatory and legal regulation on the basis of the current legislative acts is given. Establishing the compliance of the planned economic and other activities of enterprises with environmental requirements and determining the admissibility of the implementation of the object of environmental and technical expertise in order to prevent possible adverse effects of this activity on the environment. The concept and essence of environmental and technical expertise of projects. Types of ecological expertise. Principles and content of the state ecological expertise of projects. Responsibility for violations of the legislation on environmental expertise. Rights and obligations of an expert during the state environmental and technical expertise of projects.
